Superintendent / Leadership Training Program

The expectations for the modern Carpenter have not changed from that of a Master Builder or someone who knows a great deal about all the building technologies. The “Carpenter-of-Today” needs to not only be an expert in the residential, commercial, industrial, and heavy/highway sectors, but also needs to carry on the tradition of organizing, structuring, and overseeing the work. Most supervisors and superintendents have generally come out of the Carpenter ranks.

Course Length	9-4 Hour Modules=36 hours total
Designed For Craft	All UBC Crafts
Pre-Requisites	No pre-requisites required at this time...but the course is targeted for UBC foremen who have already accumulated some experience
Upon Completion	You will receive a CTCNC certificate indicating successful course completion
Certificate Type	This is a Carpenters Training Committee for Northern California (CTCNC) issued certificate verifying “Course Completion” only
Certificate Expires	No expiration date at this time
Refresher Requirement	No refresher course required at this time
