School to Career
The Carpenters Training Committee for Northern California works closely with schools to better help their students prepare for a career in carpentry. We educate the students about apprenticeship and how it works. This is a continuing effort.

Working in the Community
Community Based Organizations (CBO's)
The Carpenter's Training Committee for Northern California works with many programs in the community. Here is a list of all the qualified programs at this time. Qualified means that we recognize their training to be extensive enough that graduates from these programs can receive special consideration on our list. Graduates from these programs will be indentured (allowed to become apprentices) immediately. These programs must include 20% women in a graduating class to qualify for special consideration.
