Step-by-Step: Create Your Account

Step 1: Open the Login Page & Tap Register

Navigate to the Members Login page at https://auth.carpenters.org/login.

You can also access the Member Login from the UBC Mobile App or any website that requires a Carpenters.org Member Login.

On desktop, click “First Time? Register Here!”

If you're using the mobile app, tap the “Create Account” link instead.

Step 2: Enter Your Member Information

Fill in the following details exactly as recorded with your Local Union:

  • UBC Member ID (The “U” is automatically added)
  • Last Name
  • Birth Date (Format: YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Username (Minimum 6 characters with at least one A–Z letter)
  • Email Address
  • Check the box for “I’m not a robot” and click Submit to complete your registration request.

Important: If your info does not match your Local Union’s records, you may be unable to register. Contact your Local or Council for help.

Step 3: Verify Sucess

If submission is successful you will see the following screen:

Step 4: Check Your Email for Verification

You’ll receive a verification email within 5–10 minutes.

If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. If it never arrives, you may need to re-register using a different email address.

Step 5: Create a Secure Password

Click the button in the email to verify your account, then enter and confirm your new password.

Make sure your password meets the listed requirements.

If the email doesn’t match what your Local Union has on file, you can check the box to update your contact info and mobile number.

Step 6: Log In to Your Account

Once setup is complete, go back to the Members Login page and log in using:

  • Your Username
  • Or your Email Address
  • Or your UBC Member ID

Use the password you just created to access your member account.

Download the UBC Mobile App

Search "UBC Mobile" in your app store or download directly below. The app allows you to access your TVC card, review training records, and stay connected to Union resources wherever you are.
