- Carpenter and Drywall/Lather Applications are available by selecting any of the four Training Center Locations.
- Select the Carpenter application to apply for: Acoustical Installer, Hardwood Floor Layer, Insulator Installer, Scaffold & Shoring Erector and Shingler.
- Pile Driver and/or Mill & Cabinet Maker applications are available by selecting the Fairfield Training Center.
- Millwright Application is available by selecting the Pleasanton Training Facility.
- Office Modular Systems Installer Application is available by selecting the Pleasanton Training Center.

Applicants MUST be 18 years of age or a minimum of 17 and have parent or guardian sign their agreements.

Applicants MUST have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or verified 6 months full-time work experience or 1500 hours in a construction related trade or graduated from an approved pre-apprenticeship program. (Millwright applicants additionally require proof of 1 year of High School Algebra)
- An applicant SHOULD have a valid Drivers License.
- An applicant SHOULD have Reliable Transportation.
Application Procedures:
- Applications for any/all crafts may be completed and submitted online at any time (select Online Application below).
- Applications may be printed (select printable application below) or picked up at any Apprenticeship Training Center in your area. Applications may be submitted, in person, at you local District Office/Training Center Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Applicants can mail or apply online anytime.
- Upon receipt of a properly completed application, it will be entered into the Applicant Referral List in numeric sequence. Applications will be entered in the order they are received in person and alphabetized when received by mail.
- A confirmation notice will be mailed to you after your application is approved. If you have applied on-line you can check the status of your application by logging in with your confirmation ID. This Letter will serve as verification that the application has been entered into our system.
