Community-Based Partners

Community-Based Partners

Our community-based partners play a critical role in expanding access to the skilled trades. These organizations deliver programs ranging from introductory trade exposure to fully recognized Pre-Apprenticeship Training (PAT), helping individuals take meaningful first steps toward a career in construction.

Through these partnerships, we align around a shared goal: creating accessible, supportive pathways into apprenticeship and long-term careers. Many of our partners are deeply rooted in their communities, allowing them to effectively reach individuals who may otherwise face barriers to entry — including underserved and underrepresented populations.

These programs also expand our regional reach, bringing training opportunities closer to where people live and work. By meeting individuals in their own communities, we reduce access barriers and strengthen local workforce development.
